How We Manufature Machines & Why You Can Trust Us
A wonderful machine must need a good beginning which means a good design. If machine is not designed well, all will be in vain no matter how good spare parts manufacturers use in machine. In Smart Wasp, 18 professional engineers are devoted to the design and development of palllet wrapping machine. On completion of design, we initiate sample testing. After confirming the testing result is well, we will begin to manufacture machines according to designing. We use good laser cutting machine and good bend machine to bend and cut the steel, and use robot to weld the machine. After finishing welding, our worker will check all parts, then paint machine. Workers will and must install machines according to our SOP to make sure that there is no spare parts left out while installation. After finishing installation, we will test each machine to make sure everything is fine before packaging. Before shipping, machines are all packaged well in steel and wooden box, so that machines won't be easily damaged during transportation and customers can get their machines on good condition.
